Render Only

Flexibility of Design, is exactly what the JUB renders and finishes deliver.

The extensive range of renders and grain sizes allow for a greater variety of textures. With the vast palette of colours available, JUB can help design a project incorporating visual creativity with long term performance.

Decorative render finishes are used for the decorative protection of exterior and interior wall surfaces. The characteristics of the finish adapt to different weather conditions with good water repellence.

The finishes are divided into acrylic, silicate, silicone, and mineral renders and can be trowelled, smoothed, sprayed or rolled renders giving the required appearance and can achieve high levels of crack resistance.

Render Finishes

Render Only Onto Masonry

A range of finishing renders with varying grain sizes allowing for a greater variety of textures and a vast palette of colours.

The flexible anti-crack formulation and weather resistant attributes of a silicone or acrylic render allow for large wall areas to be seamlessly rendered with an even colour consistency.

The unrivalled versatility of JUB silicone and acrylic renders allows the products to be specified with confidence to transform virtually any substrate giving structures a new lease of life.

Surfaces rendered with these finishes have an assured long-term resistance to contamination with wall algae and mould.

Render Only Onto Board

A range of lightweight finishing renders suitable for insulation boards with varying grain sizes allowing for a greater variety of textures and a vast palette of colours.

A render-only application system onto timber or metal frame structures that already achieve their thermal performance from within the frame.

The use of a JUB approved Render carrier board is essential along with the versatile JLM 20 basecoat, JUB Primer and a choice of JUB render finishes.

The boards are fixed back to the frame of the structure in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions before the joints are filled with a JUB acrylic mastic to prevent excessive stress movement.

The JLM 20 basecoat is then applied directly to the board to a 5mm thickness with a layer of JUB reinforcing mesh trowelled into the whole surface area and then allowed to dry before applying the JUB primer.

A wide range of JUB finishes can then be used with the render onto board system. Please contact the JUB technical department for more information and a list of approved carrier boards.
